This machine adopt in gantry phone frame,microproccessor control and optical fiber monitor .Can be processed in four parts,it can cut all kind of solid of revolution ,such as systloidle baluster ,pellet stylobate,cap and column and so on .It have already changed the defects of manual process,bicylinder stone profiling machine is automatic. After adjusting the size of all direction ,one worker can operate many machines.

This machine is our company patent product. Each parts uses famous brand, easy handle and also easy to maintain. the machine adopts the structure with isosceles trapezoid type. It can process all kind of revolving stone parts or concrete parts, for example, circular rail, Circular ball, column bottom, column cap etc. it can change the bad effect with manual processing work for the unified effect, high consumption and poor accuracy. and the machine have two control system: PLC and CNC , we just need to adjust the size, then machine can process 4 pieces in the same time with very high products effective.

The longmen type machine design, the mircrocomputer control and optical fiber monitor. It can cut all kinds of solid of revolution, such as systloidal baluster, pellet, stylobate, cap and column and so on. As a automatic machine, it has already avoided the defects of manual process: one worker can operate many sets of machines after adjusting the process parameters.

  1. Q:Are you manufacturer or trading company?

    A:We have two factories, one for stone processing machines and another for diamond tools. Besides, we are the only new composite technology company in China's stone machinery industry that integrates AI+IOT software development team, electrical engineer team, mechanical design team, and mechanical production team.

  2. Q:What is your maximum processing size?

    A:Our biggest model is LGFX-230/460-4H,It can process four pieces of 230mm or process two pieces of 460mm.Can also be customized as per specific requirement.

  3. Q:How long is the warranty period for machine?

    A:One year, not including diamond blade,diamond segment etc. After warranty, we will continue to provide service support for client.

  4. Q:Does your machine have remote control system?

    A:Yes. Once connected with Internet, our service center engineer can enter the system to help check machine running status and correct setting parameters/datas if needed. Also we can transfer G Code or CAD drawing to the system and help upgrade the system future for free.

  5. Q:How do I install and operator the machine,after receiving it?

    A:We will provide an installation video which will make the whole thing as easy as possible for the user. If there is any problem, our engineers can go abroad to help you install and debug the machine, and teach you how to operate and maintain the machine correctly.
